Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all tickets purchased online for admission to Art Pix Limited’s 3D Art Gallery (“the Gallery”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms set forth herein.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Timeframe: Refunds will be granted only if the refund request is submitted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
- Unused Tickets: The ticket must be unused—that is, you must not have entered the Gallery or otherwise redeemed the ticket for admission.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our Customer Service team at refunds@artpix.ltd with the subject line “Ticket Refund Request.”
- Include in your message:
- Your full name
- Order or confirmation number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting the refund
- Our team will acknowledge receipt of your request within three (3) business days and advise you of the next steps.
4. Processing Time
Once your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Depending on your financial institution, the credited funds may take an additional 3–7 days to appear in your account.
5. Exceptions
Under special circumstances—such as event cancellation, postponement, or force majeure—the Gallery reserves the right to issue full or partial refunds at its discretion, even if the standard eligibility criteria are not met. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified directly.
